Followthrough

Secondary positions can and will drift throughout a golf career.

Positions

Grip

There is no other muscle in your body that can perform the task of the hands.

Players that do not use their hands will create injury in spine, joints and muscles.

Posture

When Posture is off everything is off.

When posture is off everything needs to be readjusted some fall into place some need to be placed in place.

Never compromise posture for the sake of equipment and ball flights.

Posture is the foundation for all 6 planes, positions and parts.

Alignment

Alignment is the most important fundamental in golf.

Swings and strokes are self-correcting when finished and alignment and targets are correct.

When alignment is incorrect every flight variance will come from manipulation, consistency will be compromised, and discipline will be erratic.

Learn alignment on and off the golf course.

Learning how to line up correctly to a target has nothing to do with a golf course.

Alignment is based on the golf course never flights, rolls, manipulations and equipment.

Optics in correct alignment in course management is unique for each individual.

Alignment is a learned fundamental and should be learned to perfection at the earliest age possible.

Ball Position

Ball position and alignment should always be addressed together and never be spoken of without the other.

Ball position is based on the width of players shoulders, never based on the width of the stance.

Ball positions remain the same for all full swings regardless of any lie or slope.

Takeaway

When takeaways are compromised alignment will be compromised.

When alignment is compromised all is compromised.

Upswing

If the club reaches a completed position at the top before the body, the body will never complete its turn.

Upswings prepares the torso fundamentally to open up the path for a correct position at the top and a correct downswing. It quite possibly is the only reason for the upswing.

Position at The Top

Position at the Top is the completion of the Upswing, the Position at the Top and the start of the Downswing.

Downswing

From correct Positions at the Top, Downswings start 100% full speed full power at the same time.

Incorrect downswing paths on top or over the upswing path will produce left, right, straight flights and rolls with variable yardage control at any time without warning.

Follow-through

Simple thoughts will control flights and rolls without manipulation.

Finish

Players without a completed finish will spend their careers in a state of recovery and manipulation.
