Do what we are supposed to do before we do what we want to do.

Training the body and training the mind are two totally different things.

Training at the highest level of golf is extremely effective using time, ball and drill counts.

The days of grinding hitting a 1000 balls on the range are over.

Never play while you train.

Correcting positions and parts will take 10 times longer making golf swings without guaranteed success as opposed to correcting positions and parts in static positions which can be performed in physical training using golf balls.

Discoveries and improvement will happen for feelings in rehearsals and trainings while positions are unchanged.
